1. ID Number The 14 digit identification number of the bicycle. This number can be found on a sticker with a barcode, which can be found on the bottom of the frame of a bicycle, near the engine of an e-bike and under the middle bearing of a traditional bicycle. In case of a damaged barcode-sticker, this number can be found on the last page of the warranty book as well. In order to identify your bicycle and to validate your warranty, correctly providing this ID number is a must. Be sure to provide it correctly! |
