If you register your bicycle under the 'life-time guarantee’ program section within 30 days of purchase, Gepida, within the framework of the Lifetime Warranty program, undertakes to repair or replace the defective or damaged frame as quickly as possible in case of any frame problems that may arise later, either directly or through the distributor.
- Exclusions:
- Steel-framed bicycles
- Rental bicycles
- Custom-built bicycles
- Conditions:
- Possession of the warranty booklet
- Must be the first owner
- Valid only for bicycles registered online
- Valid only for proper use
- Inspection after 1st and 6th months: seal, date, service signature
- Registration within 30 days of purchase
- In case of a problem, the bicycle must be returned to the place of purchase (to the handing-over point)
